Brievora

Terms of sale

Last updated October 7, 2026 · Version française

1. Who sells

Brievora is created and published by Léandre Carrera, Switzerland (“we”). Payment goes through Link, Stripe’s payment service, which acts as merchant of record with Stripe Managed Payments: Link takes the payment, applies your country’s taxes, sends your receipt and handles payment questions. Link’s payment terms are shown on the checkout page and apply in addition to these terms.

2. The product

Brievora is an Obsidian vault you download: a folder of notes, templates and views, delivered in two editions, English and French. It requires Obsidian 1.14 or later, which is free and installed separately (obsidian.md). Brievora Lite is a free, smaller version you get with an email address.

3. Licenses

  • Solo: one person, on all their devices.
  • Team: one studio or team, up to 10 people.

You can use Brievora for all your client projects and change it as you like. Your notes and your clients’ data stay yours. You may not resell, share or publish the vault, its templates or its views, in whole or in part, for example as a free or paid template.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars, euros or Swiss francs, before tax. Link adds your country’s tax (VAT or sales tax) at checkout and may show the amount in your local currency. You pay once, with no subscription. The early-bird price applies to the first 100 sales, then the regular price applies.

5. Delivery

Download links appear right after payment and also arrive by email. They work for 7 days. You can ask for new ones at any time on the Get a new download link page, with the email address you used at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Before paying, you ask for the download to be available immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, as the law provides for digital content supplied immediately. All sales are therefore final.

If Brievora doesn’t work for you or something is wrong, write to us: we will look for a fix, and a refund remains possible case by case. Link may also, in some cases, process a refund request within 60 days of purchase.

7. Updates

Version 1 updates (1.1, 1.2 and so on) are free: you get an email for each new version, and you can unsubscribe from these emails in one click. The Get a new download link page always gives the latest version. Version 2.0 may be sold separately.

8. Warranty and liability

Brievora is tested with Obsidian 1.14. We fix the errors in the vault that are reported to us. Brievora is a set of files you manage on your computer: keep backups of your vault. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid.

9. Support

For any question about the product, use the contact form or write to hello [at] brievora.com. For a payment question, you can also contact Link support, shown on your receipt.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

An Obsidian vault for freelancers and small studios, from the first brief to the final handoff.

Made in Switzerland by Léandre Carrera.
